Whether it is a query about your booking or you wish to book any of our Disney Extra's including airport parking, car hire, shuttle and private transfers, half board meal plans and attraction tickets, we are available to help as much as possible. Holiday Balances are generally due 12 weeks before departure unless advised otherwise. Some fares do however require full payment at time of confirmation. Balance Reminders are normally emailed however it is important to also ensure we have your contact details on file should we fail to reach you via email.
When you are ready to pay your balance please call our admin team on 0330 880 5006 and quote your 8 digit file reference. Credit card payments will incur a minimum 2% credit card charge. No charge for Debit Cards. We also accept bank transfers. Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to advise when to expect the funds so we can check at head office. Please try to quote your file number in the customer reference section when making the transfer or please enter Branch 20.

Please note that we do accept cheques made payable to Freedom Travel Group however these must be sent in advance of balance due date in order for clearance. Cheques should be posted to 5300 Lakeside, Cheadle Royal Business Park, Cheadle, Cheshire SK8 3GP.

Tickets are normally processed 2-3 weeks before departure. Tickets are issued in an e-ticket format so don't forget to check your email inbox for your travel documentation. If you change postal or email address please notify a member of our team on 0330 880 5006 to ensure your travel documentation is sent to the correct place.
